Discover this house with terrace and walled garden located in the heart of the village, a stone's throw from the shops of La Halle. It consists of a living/dining room on the ground floor equipped with a sofa bed and an open kitchen. A small hallway leads to a shower room and toilet as well as the stairwell. Upstairs you will find the 2 large bedrooms, one on the street side and the other on the terrace side. Each is equipped with double glazing and shutters. On the landing, 1 small office space, 1 bathroom/toilet.

In the heart of the Trois Pignons forest, the house is located in a privileged setting with immediate access to climbing sites, 7 minutes from Milly la Forêt and 20 minutes from Fontainebleau. On large forest grounds of more than 4000m2, it consists of a large pyramidal living room of 50m2 with fully equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms with double beds 140 and 160, a sofa bed 120, bathroom with large shower, double sink, independent toilet. Sleeps 4/5 or 6 depending on children.

Located between the hiking trails of the Fontainebleau Forest and the Loing. Quality cleaning is provided by us (included in the price). Bike rental (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions on the last photo of the listing). Bike path to explore on the towpath of the Loing Canal (Scandinavian).

Architect house of 260m² , quiet, located in the middle of trees and rocks, on a natural land of 10,000m² on the slope of a hill. 5 min drive to the Forêt des Trois Pignons and the famous 25 bumps trail, 15 min to the Fontainebleau forest and 10 min to the Buthiers leisure base. 10 min from climbing sites and equestrian centers. Numerous walks or bike rides (not provided but renter on request) possible upon departure from the house.
