Come stay at our favorite little beachtown condo in Lewes! This 1st floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation! You will be just a few miles to the beach and outlet malls, have access to the community pools (May-Sept), park, and sport courts, and will be within walking distance to several great restaurants and shops. While we are "pet friendly" only 1 pet (dog or cat, 40lb maximum) is allowed per the HOA rules.

It is furnished to sleep up to 12 people comfortably. The neighborhood offers 3 outdoor pools (Seasonal), 2 clubhouses with workout facilities, tennis, pickle ball, pool table, ping pong, nature trails, picnic tables, fire pits, catch and release fishing and more.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Located in Bishops Landing, this new home with amenities like 2 pools, tennis courts, and a dog park, is located 5 miles away from Bethany Beach. *NOTE: The property is not pet friendly, but the owner's dogs are present when owner is there. Guests with severe allergies should keep this in mind when booking. *Per HOA rules, renters must sign HOA agreement before their stay
