Get on your ATV/UTV or snowmobile at the house and drive right out the driveway. A great place for snowmobiling during the snow season or hunt the state game land just 2 miles away. Bring your horse and go trail riding for hours on end. We rent pasture or stall and offer guided trail rides if scheduled.

The cabin is located in an area only accessible via dirt roads. It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! The apartment is near Wellsville, Swain Ski Resort, the Finger Lakes Trail, and not far from Stony Brook and Letchworth State Parks.
