A fully finished basement which is where you will reside. Wonderful piece of home and serenity. A small but large enough for two-four people to enjoy. There is a full size bed in the main bedroom and pocket doors that close off the Murphy bed located as a second bedroom. Full size kitchen for your use, outside patio in back and front porch for your use. House is on well and septic system. Please NO PERSONAL PRODUCTS. No children under the age of 16 allowed not setup for kids.

If you need a place to work quietly or stay overnight this is the ideal location to get rest and relaxation, as well as, enjoy the local tranquilities. This two-bedroom 1 bath house welcomes you with all the amenities to feel right at home. Sleeps 3 adults comfortably. (1-Queen Bed and 1 full size bed) It has a fully stocked kitchen. washer/dryer and outdoor seating/dining.

Take a break at this peaceful oasis 5 miles from Starved Rock State Park and 4 miles from Buffalo Rock State Park. The quaint village of Utica and the unique town Ottawa are also close. Enjoy hiking, biking and activities on the Illinois River. There is also the Buffalo Range and Gun Company 2 miles away. Ottawa has great places to dine and Washington Park in downtown Ottawa has the must see Lincoln-Douglas Debate fountain and statue.

If you're interested in visiting Chicago, we're close enough for day trips to the city (about 45 miles) but far enough to save some money. You'll definitely have a great time here!
