La casa si trova in una tranquilla bifamiliare: l’altra unità è abitata da una famiglia del posto. Carraio e ingresso pedonale sono condivisi, ma l’alloggio è indipendente, con ingresso privato e spazi riservati. Parcheggio privato all’interno della proprietà. L’ingresso carrabile è accessibile anche con auto grandi, ma è un po’ stretto: si consiglia cautela nelle manovre.
