In the main area there is a sofa bed with a large kitchen & a large bathroom.

With a history of over 100 years authentic build by Eleni's Grandgrandfather. The house was renovated in 2023 to high standards. The restauration was purposely made to keep as much as possible of its authenticity and you will see that it has the natural regional stone inside and outside the house. Our house is located in a small village of Zagoria in Demati, at 1020m altitude. The village is close to Metsovo and Ioannina as it is only 6 km from the Eastern Zagori interchange of Egnatia. Is an old stone house. At the ground floor dominates the fireplace with comfortable sofas and a kitchen with a bar in the middle of the kitchen. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, office and two bathrooms. My space is suitable for couples and families (with children).
