My house, located in Son Espanyolet, is a 20-minute walk from the picturesque Santa Catalina neighborhood, 20 minutes from the center, and 25 minutes from the cathedral. Just below my apartment, there is a bus stop that goes directly to the centre. In addition, the neighborhood has all the amenities: supermarkets, pharmacy, bakeries, restaurants, etc... Views of Bellver Castle on the mountain to the sea and a part of the harbor. The room has Climalit window

Casa Limona is ideally located 5 minutes' walk from the square with all the restaurants and shopping streets with many beautiful shops of all kinds. It's very quiet and peaceful in nature, although it's so close to the town square. The house is typically Mallorcan and has been renovated to provide the best comfort. It is furnished with designer furniture and artwork. The house has all amenities required for a comfortable stay.
