Going down the staircase, it leads to a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso machine and washing machine. On the left is the bathroom with a rain shower, sink and toilet. The bedroom has plenty of closet space and includes a double box spring. In the living room you will find a dining table, TV and sofa bed. You can also enjoy the large private front garden with lounge area and dining table.

Onze verrassende woning is gesitueerd in het centrum van het dorp Zuidlaren. De woning beschikt over een ruime tuinkamer, woonkamer, keuken, 3 slaapkamers. De slaapkamers hebben de volgende voorzieningen, een slaapkamer met 2-persoonsbed, een slaapkamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden en een slaapkamer met een stapelbed. Er zijn twee Wc’s een badkamer en een ruime tuin met picknickbank.

This cozy home is located directly on the boating and swimming water with a magnificent view of a beautiful nature reserve. The city of Groningen can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The city center of Zuidlaren is easily accessible by bicycle. On the Zuidlaardermeer, you can find cozy pavilions where you can also rent a sloop. Also ideal for a Pieterpad overnight stay.
