Newly renovated in late 2024 and early 2025, both bungalows offer modern comforts while retaining their unique charm. Although they share a common structure, each bungalow provides total privacy and offers a unique ambiance, making them feel like two worlds apart. This is OCEAN!

And if you get the itch for adventure, Weligama Beach, epic surf spots, shops, and cafes are practically at your doorstep.

New 2BD house in Coconut Plantation with 17m Pool

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

This light and spacious two-bedroom villa is located at Sōmar, a boutique-style hotel set in a tropical oasis of palm trees and greenery. The 2-bedroom villa offers a private living room and kitchen, lush patio, spacious veranda and 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, both with indoor and outdoor showers. You walk just 5 minutes to the beautiful Coconut beach and 3 minutes to the main road where you can easy get a Tuktuk to drive for example to the closest city’s Weligama (5 Kilometer) or Ahangama (6 Kilometer). At the same time all famous surf spots are close to reach for beginners and pros: Coconut, Plantations, Rams, Lazy Left and Lazy right.
