My cottage is quaint, cozy and charming and is located 1 1/2 blocks from the Delaware bay. In Villas, NJ. You won’t want to miss the spectacular sunsets. Off street parking and a cozy deck to enjoy that morning coffee, lunch or dinner. Approx 15 min. drive to Wildwood or Cape May beach/ boardwalk. Beach tags are supplied with the house for Cape May beaches. We invite you to view the pictures of our home and plan to come and stay. Wineries and breweries are less than 10 minutes from the house.

Waterfront Summer Vacation

Nature lovers will bask in the beauty of Bennys Landing, a tiny hamlet of 100 year old homes on Jenkins Sound. Spend the day crabbing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or just soaking up the sun on the private dock. It’s a 10 minute drive through the wetlands to the pristine Stone Harbor beaches. We are 2 miles from the Acme if you want to get burgers for the grill. Or enjoy a gourmet dinner in the quaint center of Cape May Court House.
