Please note 2 night minimum stay. The Stables is a beautifully converted Grade 11 listed building within the spacious garden walls of our home in Nettleham. It still retains many of the original features; a perfect retreat to enjoy a relaxing break away. Only 2 miles from Lincoln, with easy acess to the city. There is also safe, private parking on site. Within our village, there are 2 lovely pubs, one serving food, a fish & chip shop, Chinese takeaway and the Co-op store is within 2 minutes.

Quiet, cosy, charismatic w/large secure garden

Our Grade II listed lodge, built in 1779, is extremely unique and has undergone a sympathetic restoration to bring it back to its former glory. It is single storey and has been generously furnished and equipped with everything you need for a fantastic luxury, self catered getaway. The Lodge has a large lawned private garden with a patio, furniture and wonderful views. It is set in the beautiful village of Brattleby in rural Lincolnshire just 10 minutes drive from the historic city of Lincoln.

The cottage's exterior displays a modernized, pale peach façade with three windows above and a centered green door. An inviting pathway leads to the entrance, while a mailbox is affixed to the left wall. The roof features a traditional tiled design, completing the welcoming appearance.

Children friendly with access to travel cot, high chair, push chair and toys. Pets allowed with prior permission from owners. Located in a quiet village accessible to the Lincolnshire Wolds, local market towns Louth, Horncastle, Market Rasen Race course, Lincoln Cathedral/Castle. Plenty of public footpaths around the village and a local public house.

We are a very rural farm, set in acres of farmland with only a few houses up at the farm. This detached cottage is located close to the market town of Market Rasen, on the edge of the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds. Private hot tub in garden. 1 hours private Access to indoor heated pool each day which is part of the spa at a different building this slot must be booked and prior to arrival. We also accept hen parties and extra activates can be recommended by us suitable for Hen Weekends.
