Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, fridge, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. With WiFi, TV and in the summer an air cooler. Deliciously soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair available, this costs €10 per stay. (pay separately upon arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2 p.m. Check out before 10:00 . Parking is free with us on the driveway. So no parking fees! Our price includes tourist tax. This quietly located accommodation near the beach, shops and terraces with garden is tastefully and carefully decorated and a wonderful stay for a few days or a nice vacation with two or the whole family. The apartment is very well insulated and wonderfully cool in summer and cozy in winter. Private terrace with large table and nice morning sun. Everything is around the corner... breakfast, bakery, supermarket, shops, restaurants and all the old buildings. Parking of car or motorcycle in private courtyard. Spacious, attractive and luxuriously furnished 15-person house. Our guests especially enjoy the quiet surroundings and the central location on the island of Walcheren. You can park your cars for free in our yard. The houses are luxuriously furnished. There are 7 bedrooms upstairs, all with single box-spring beds + 2 children's beds. The kitchen is fully equipped. Outside you have your own garden, terrace and veranda. Suitable for families, team outings, etc.

It has its own entrance and is located above our lunchroom, which is open from 10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. The apartment is completely private and suitable for 4 people with the possibility of a 5th person. There is a bedroom with separate sink and built-in closets and two sleeping lofts with a height of 1.80 meters. This is ideal for children, but also suitable for (young) adults.

Since June 2020, we have been renting out this detached holiday home at the foot of the dunes in Zoutelande. The house is located in a quiet small-scale holiday park, within walking distance of the village center where nice shops and restaurants can be found. From the park, you can walk directly into the dune area, which gives you access to the beach. Zoutelande is an excellent starting point for hiking and cycling routes.

Studio Naerebout Middelburg

Studio Naerebout is a renovated studio in Middelburg. You can enjoy the fresh Zeeland air and the clean beaches here. The accommodation is located 5 minutes' walking distance from the center of Middelburg with many shops, terraces and a supermarket. Less than 20 minutes by bike, you will be at the nearest beach in Dishoek. Studio Naerebout is suitable for 2 people. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.
