IMPORTANT: The loft is located in an old and simple building, which is undergoing improvements with a tear in the wall of the corridors, which does not interfere with the accommodation. The building's water comes from an artesian well, and it may have a more yellowish color. The comfortable, decorated and equipped loft is ideal for couples. Iconic building is a landmark of modern Pernambuco architecture. It has a compact kitchen, with a microwave, coffee maker, an electric stove and a refrigerator. TV (no streaming).

O prédio é excepcional com destaque para o Rooftop que é de tirar o fôlego com piscina aquecida e hidromassagem. Ainda conta com academia, lavanderia inteligente, mini mercado, recepção 24h, coworking, guarda volumes e garagem. Próximo à praia (8min de caminhada), ao aeroporto (10min de carro), de padarias, supermercados, restaurantes, salões de beleza, barzinhos e farmácias.

With an excellent location, it is possible to walk to places such as bakeries, restaurants, supermarket, Shopping Center Recife, etc. Not to mention that the beach is a 15-minute walk away! A 7-minute walk from the main points of the Historic Site and the Atlantic Ocean, a 5-minute drive/bus from the Pernambuco Convention Center and 15 minutes from Old Recife.
