The houses are located in the former Vásárhely-Kutasipuszta, in today's Székkutas IV. district, which can be reached on the main road 47 between Székkutas and Orosháza. The two houses are located on the last street in front of the lake, almost directly connected to the beautiful lake, just a few steps from the Kakasszék Health Institute and about 5 kilometers from the popular Gyopárosfürdő.

For the children, the 60 sqm gallery was designed as a cozy corner. The conservatory-style dining room of the house can comfortably accommodate 12 people. Through the large windows we can feel the Miracle, the peace and quiet of nature. The heated 60 sqm terrace also has a 10-person electrically heated tub, lounge sofas and a dining room.
