The apartment is located on the ground floor of a historic building right in the town of Sedlec-Prčice. A quiet place in the middle of a beautiful landscape. Fully equipped kitchen. In the outdoor part of the building there is a bistro, where it is possible to arrange meals. Right in the building it is possible to visit a workshop with 3D printing. In the apartment you can admire the works of Czech and world artists. The apartment is new after a complete renovation. Parking is available in the courtyard in the garden. Possibility to use part of the garden as a private facility. Walking dogs in the garden is forbidden.

You can go on many trips in the surrounding area - Vyhlídka Máj, Pikovická jehla, the Slapy reservoir or just a regular walk in the local forest.

Quiet moments can be spent on the balcony, where there is a seating area. If necessary, bicycles can be stored in a room with a security door (electric bicycles can also be charged for a fee).
