Our place is a great getaway for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The house is fully equipped dishes, silverware, pots and pans. We are located right in the historical town of Rumford. Hannaford Grocery - 5 minutes away Walmart - 10 minutes away Black mountain ME - 9 minutes away Sunday River - 25 minutes away Mount Abram - 30 minutes away Sugarloaf Mountain - one hour and 20 minutes away And many more mountain resorts around the area.

Nestled on 80 acres in the woods alongside a stream, this cabin is the perfect retreat. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a gathering of your closest friends-this cabin is ideal. It is located on a private road and close to Howard Pond, Androscoggin River, and Sunday River skiing. No matter the season, opportunities await, whether you decide to stay close or venture out. There are plenty of trails nearby to explore, canoe rentals, skiing and so much more.

Your Maine Base Camp

You have full access to this spacious house. Enjoy the large kitchen with a food prep island, ample counter space, basic cookware utensils and ingredients for cooking and baking. The dining room table comfortably seats eight. Relax in the living room with a TV monitor for streaming your preferred services, comfy furniture, and a pellet stove. One bedroom is on the ground floor and two upstairs. Living room is 4 steps down from other ground floor areas. There are no TV monitors in bedrooms.

This newer House has a private 1-BR above-the-garage with a private back-entrance with a Living-room, Full Kitchen with a 2-person island, Large Bath with double-wide shower and a large BR w/ views of Sunday River as well as Mahoosuc Notch. Perfect for a two-person get-away, in the Western Mountains of ME. Great for Winter Sports at Sunday River, or Mt. Abrams, outdoor activities or quick-access to downtown Bethel. Beautiful, off-the-grid, rustic log cabin with outhouse on 10 acres in the wilderness of western Maine. Located just minutes from Webb Lake, Tumbledown Mountain & Mt. Blue State Park. Trails close by. In Maine’s finest hiking, hunting, fishing, boating, , skiing, hiking territory. A perfect place for adventure, romance, celebration or serenity. An escape from the electronic world, the cabin has solar and battery lights but no power generator. (See Winter Conditions below)

Sunny Studio Cabin Near Sunday River - Hike -Bike

Conveniently located on rte 2 it is 15 mins to Sunday River, Mt. Abram, and the village of Bethel. An easy drive to explore the White Mountains and Grafton Notch. The property was originally part of a potato field, offering wide open space and seasonal view of the Androscoggin River. Bald eagles have been observed on the river and flying above the field. Just past the main house, the guest cabin makes a sunny comfy home base to discover western Maine.

With beautiful mountain views and breathtaking sunsets, it offers ample space for families to explore the Mountains/Lakes Regions. A skier's paradise, it's close to top ski resorts like Sunday River, Black Mt, Mt. Abram, and Titcomb Mt. The property is also adjacent to the Androscoggin River, perfect for fishing enthusiasts.

We gladly accept persons 21 and older. We welcome children and infants. 4 miles north of Farmington towards Sugarloaf.
