LASPI is a hospitality project that consists of two villas, equipped with all you need to take a break and escape the noise. It is literally built by the sea. Enjoy the sound of waves night and day. This is House 1 and we all it Petres (after the greek word for stones) A 150m² villa with a private swimming pool and a spectacular view of the Saronic gulf. Enjoy the view of sea and coastline while you wake up, from our 4m high bedroom windows.

A touch of nature

The house is idyllically situated in an 1100 metre olive grove,approximately 150 metres from Megalopotami village and 750 from the sea. An odor of Mediterranean exrtaordinaryscrub , the chanting of the cicadas. It is a two bedroom detached house with a wonderful view of the sea and the surrounding landscape. There is a delightful grill for barbecues. Special advantage: three times a week delivery of freshly baked bread from the local bakery.

This small authentic island is located in the heart of the Saronic.

It is part of a bigger building right by the sea, which used to be a tannery (tampakiko) -back to the 1840s. There is a beautiful view over the sea and the apartment can accommodate up to 8 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is air conditioning units.
