Character building, upstairs and/or downstairs accommodation

Two properties available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace of mind and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My accommodation is in a quiet location surrounded by nature, close to horses, and offers a lovely view of the sunset. SAUNA: Private area available by reservation, 25 euros for 2 people. 5 minutes from La Roche-Bernard, a small tourist harbour. Beaches 20 mins away. Close to Lake Brière, the Morbihan Golf Course and the Côte de Jade. Renovated in an original way.

Imagine... You emerge from your sea bath, it's 11:30. At 11:32, family aperitif, barbecue grilling, the table for 16 is set on the terrace. A nap in the shade of the mulberry tree is a must while others play under the awning... 4:00 PM, let's go for a bike ride into the marsh or back to the beach for beach volleyball before the concert evening at "Ptit Cab" (1 minute walk away) 11:00 PM, bedtime, here the nights are restful... and because tomorrow is fishing! Functional and easy to live in on sunny days, comfortable and warm in the off season, we furnished it in the spirit of a 1960s seaside resort. An ideal place to recharge your batteries but also visit the Guérandaise Peninsula, the Brière, the Gulf of Morbihan or Belle-Ile-en-Mer (from La Turballe).

Welcome to La Colombe des Pins! Warm solid wood house with sunny terrace and a half-shade/half-sun garden sheltered from the wind. Located at the end of a private road serving 3 houses, it is a quiet and family setting. The beach is a 3-minute walk along a tree-lined path. Ideal house for 4 to 6 people but can accommodate up to 9 guests. House in "screen-free" mode: no WiFi, no TV. 4G is enough to stay a little connected.
