You will absolutely love this beautiful property on Airbnb. This town house is located in a quiet neighborhood & very convenient to shopping, restaurants & interstate access. This home is perfect for retirees looking for a winter home, traveling nurses, work related travel, NMSU families, etc. I welcome long term Snowbirds! Check my profile for similar homes that might suit your needs. *Luxurious new (10/2020) home in desirable and upscale part of Las CrucesThere are 3 bedrooms, 4 beds in total, all with comfortable beds and new decor. 2 bathrooms, shower has no curb so this place would be good for visitors with impaired mobility (although we do not have all the handholds to make it fully disabled accessible, it could be a good option for those needing a little help)

Southwest Mexican Adobe Casa Historic District

This wonderful adobe home with refrigerated air is located directly in the heart of the city the Mesquite Historic District of Las Cruces. This Mexican home combines the neighborhood classic adobe style. Directly across the street is a Mexican cafe and a coffee shop. Seven minute walk to downtown which has wonderful pubs and restaurants. This home is located directly across the street from my other two casitas that are listed in Airbnb. Dog fee $10.00 which can be left on the table.

Beautiful, newly renovated home with a colorful flare. The home has a massive backyard with beautiful sunset views and is located In a quiet neighborhood great for walks. It is a fast 2 minute drive to the freeway and only a 40 min drive to White Sands National Park. The home has all new appliances, fresh paint on the interior and exterior, new cabinets and counters as well as a newly renovated back patio. The patio is perfect for gathering, eating, BBQ's and watching the sunset.

Come relax with the whole family at our home! This place is less than one minute from the new hospital! Located in northern Las Cruces close to hospital, urgent care, emergency room, grocery stores, food, convenience stores, and gas stations. Conveniently two minutes from I-10 , I-25 and Highway 70. Old Town Mesilla and NMSU is only 15 minutes away! White Sands is 45 minutes. Organ mountains, Soledad Canyon and Dripping Springs is a must while you are visiting Las Cruces!
