Your stay includes outdoor leisure equipment for fun on the lake every season. Just relax, I do the dishes! There's no running water in the yurts well-appointed kitchenette but everything else you need is there! The camp toilet is in an outbuilding by the yurt and a gorgeous guest shower room is up at the house.

Our spacious home has 3.5 baths and 5 bedrooms, each with a smart tv, and can comfortably sleep a *max 7 adults and 8 children.* Fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Watch a movie on the 82", play ping pong, bumper pool, shuffleboard or billiards in the games room! Swim in the large, outdoor in-ground pool, use provided kayaks and paddle boat to explore the river, have a campfire or soak in the hot tub.

The cabin is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. With 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch, the cabin can accommodate up to 6 guests. The cabin features infloor heating and a woodstove to keep you warm and cozy. We have a full-size hot tub and a wood fired sauna!

This convenient location is only a 5 minute drive to the main part of Kemptville and 30 minutes from Ottawa. 2 canoes and SUP included! Winter activities include snowmobiling (trail is at the end of the driveway), snowshoeing trails, cross country skiing, and ice fishing.
