However, its location is ideal for cycling, hiking, golf and especially skiing, Arcalís is only 15 min away, the Pal gondola is 5 min away and the Funicamp (Granvalira) is 15 min away.

The entire house is illuminated by a warm LED lighting system, in line with the rest environment offered by its location.

Newly built accommodation in the Vall d'Incles ideal for nature lovers who want to disconnect. In any season of the year, its location is a starting point for multiple hiking routes of all levels, whether on foot, with snowshoes or touring skis. Road access to the hut and parking on the same site (except in winter, when access is on foot from the road -150m-). Check during the winter season. 4 minutes by car from Grandvalira.

The apartment (HUT registration number 005665) is the ground floor of the house, completely independent, 190m2 with exclusive use of the garden. There are 3 ensuite double bedrooms, each with access to the garden or terrace, a fully equiped kitchen, living/dinning room and a large table tennis/games room. The price includes bedding, towels, wifi, heating, wood for the wood burner and the final clean.
