The architecture and design will surprise you! High ceilings, arches, and masonry walls, a real gem! The house has a swimming pool and private terrace, two bedrooms with A/C and a bathroom, a living room and an equipped kitchen, making it the ideal place to have fun, sunbathe and rest.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. It is located downtown, a block and a half from Merida Cathedral, where everything takes place. Newly restored for Airbnb, everything is luxurious and new. Unique Yucatecan design. It has a swimming pool and everything you might need. It has all the amenities just a few minutes walk away. If you want to get to a Yucatecan place, this is the right one! The best place and location possible.

Beautiful house with unparalleled location, steps away from the famous Paseo de Montejo. You can enjoy a fully restored old house, and at the same time enjoy a modern house with all the amenities and services. It has a very large kitchen-dining room overlooking a wooded garden, where you can enjoy the shade of a kapok tree and cool off in the pool. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have a bathroom and a space for exclusive use (a terrace and a garden).
