Beautiful stone house located in a quiet hamlet of Jouars-Pontchartrain. Large 220 m² house for 12 people with large interior spaces and a 1700 m² garden/terrace. Combine the quietness of the countryside with the proximity of the city: Paris 30 minutes away and the Palace of Versailles 20 minutes away. 1 hour from Paris (car or train + bike) between Maintenon and Nogent-le-Roi, a magnificent and spacious wooden house where you can recharge in the greenery. The house is fully equipped and perfectly located to explore the Royal Valley of the Eure region. You are surrounded by castles, parks, and just a stone's throw away from the Natural Park of the Chevreuse Valley. There's nothing better than rejuvenating by the fireplace in a very comfortable house that has all the charm of a wooden chalet.

Exterior: 120 m² terrace not overlooked (garden furniture, gas barbecue, ping pong table) + garden (bocce ball court, trampoline, swing).

Right in the heart of the village in Neauphle-le-Château, the accommodation is new and comfortable. Shops are close by (boulangerie, grocery, restaurants, butcher, pharmacy...) This duplex of approximately 40 m2 is light and friendly. Possibility to come to sleep for 4 people (a comfortable and large sofa that unfolds) and a bed in the room. Parking space is available. The atmosphere invites rest and calm, come and recharge your batteries, we will be happy to welcome you!
