The cabin is situated in the forest and visible from the Gandy Dancer Trail. The front porch boasts an access path directly to the popular Woolly Bike Trail. Our cabin is secluded in the woods, but it's less than a 5-minute drive to downtown St Croix Falls, Interstate Park, dining, shopping, and entertainment. Enjoy a peaceful getaway in the north woods!

Guests can enjoy fishing, sight seeing, canoeing and kayaking the Chippewa River or Elk Lake, biking, hiking, atv/utv and snowmobile trails nearby as well. Gorgeous little house with cap cod feel, right on the water. We call this baby "Water's Edge on Tainter Lake". Perfect way for a quick escape from the Twin cities, only 50 minutes away. Fish off the permanent dock on the water. Beautiful views and sunsets on a fun, active recreational lake. Short boat ride to Jake's super club. There is a unique 4 seasons room with hammocks in the center of the apartment that is smoker friendly. Right downtown and above a friendly pub.
