Welcome to our cocoon, close to Bernay life and beautiful Norman villages. The train station is a 10-minute walk away, and the beaches are 35 minutes away! You will enjoy a comfortable house with 3 independent bedrooms and their double bed, a living room/dining room/equipped kitchen. The kitchen overlooks a south-facing garden with terrace and barbecue. Our house is in a cul-de-sac, no passage in front of the house, you can park in front of everything as well as on the ground if necessary.

The house and the independent accommodation of 55 m2 are part of an old farmhouse that has remained in the family. Built for a local celebrity in the person of the American painter Louis Ashton Knight, it was very often coveted to become his museum. Half Normandy house, half American architecture. Rich in history, you will find peace and quiet here in a green setting classified as Natura 2000 and an LPO refuge. Many visible animals: ponies, horses, goats, chickens, sheep...

Small 2-room apartment totally independent of our home. 2 rooms plus an entrance, recent and very well-equipped, in the countryside, ideal for discovering inland Normandy. Located on the ground floor, covered south-facing terrace offering a beautiful outdoor space in any season. Our property is secluded, in the countryside with no other homes around. Accommodation for 2 adults (or 1 of course) but not suitable for small children. No Electric Car Recharge possible

Bernay is a tourist sub-prefecture, with a theater, a media library and movie theaters. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from all shops and services, including the train station (1 hr 20 min from Paris and 1 hr from Deauville). Highway A 28 is 7 km away. Quiet house (double glazing) with modern comforts (Wi-Fi, TV, walk-in shower, underfloor heating, dishwasher, automated front door... Sliding glass doors opening onto a terrace and lawn.

Our cottage (45 m²) is an old bread oven dating from 1827, completely redone respecting its original style. This gite is located on a plot of 7300m², facing south, with a terrace, in a very peaceful environment, 200 meters from a large forest, marked out by hiking trails. This typical cottage offers a relaxing stay for the whole family.
