Whether it's family fun, or peace and relaxation you desire, this is quiet seclusion, only 3 miles to town, 10 miles to ATV trails. Large game room with ping pong, foosball, air hockey, and basketball game. Another room that was a garage is now a theater room with a pool table and plenty of seating. The projector there displays a huge ultra high definition display screen and sounds great 4 bedrooms, plus pullout couch in theater room. 2 acres with fire pit, picnic tables, lots of parking.

The Cottage is the original 1898 carriage house of the historic Shaver home. Upstairs Bedroom with King bed & picture window overlooking Rich Mountain. Eat-in Kitchenette with stove, range, microwave, Smeg fridge/freezer, plates, glasses & cutlery. Living Room full-size couch, love seat, Satellite TV, writing desk. Relax in this simple, open floor plan little house with an amazing view of the Ouachita river and mountains. 2 bedrooms, one bath, living area, and great outdoor patio over looking the river. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, fresh linens, and bath items. Can sleep 7, although it's most comfortable for a family of 4. There will be an extra fee per person. The cleaning for 6-7 people is $50, even for a short-term stay. pets are allowed for a $10 per trip, PER PET fee.
