No. 11 is located in the heart of the old town of Matera, the Sassi. The breathtaking view has been featured in several films, such as James Bond, the Passion of Christ and Ben-Hur. This historical house has stunning vaulted sandstone ceilings and rooms decorated in Scandic-Italian style. A spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge area with private entrance from the street. A fantastic location but not for the faint hearted, lots of steps, but it's worth it. Located on the border line between the ancient village and Piazza Leone XIII, "La Petunia Blu" in Via Settembrini 1 in Adelfia (Ba) is spread over two levels: the first has a living room with a double sofa bed, wall equipped with 50" LCD TV, WiFi, kitchenette with kitchenette, coffee maker, kettle, fridge, washing machine, bathroom and balcony; on the second, an air-conditioned double bedroom, with 28" LCD TV and bathroom with terrace equipped with breathtaking views of the square.

Small cottage with large private pool

The small cottage in the hill is a pleasant place and in perfect, harmonic tuning with the nature. The house features the great advantage to be warm in winter and cool in summer. It is a walk away from the town cente, the old town and shops; just 5 minutes away. The SITA bus stop for Bari is 150 ms away from the cottage. The pool is for the exclusive USE of guests. However, due to its size it is not possible to heat it. Therefore, it can be used from June 1st to September 30th.
