No hills no walks to the seaside (only 5 mins). Fully airconditioned 100sq metres apartment with new Lux Bathrooms. Views of Mellieha valley and sanctuary. Highest speed internet; beach with ferries to amazing spots; all tv channels including sports channels; walks along Malta's most beautiful coastlines. Parking is not a problem with us. Guests use the garage served with lift. The bus stop is less than 100m away with connections to all the island. Restaurants and bars are along the same road.

"Recently refurbished 2 bed roomed apartment in the north of Malta specifically set up set up to accommodate guests whilst on holiday/business in Malta. The apartment is a stone throw away from the seaside and as one would expect the area is enriched with restaurants, coffee shops, Lidos and of course convenience shops. The apartment is only a 5 minute drive away from the largest beach in Malta and a 10 minute drive away from the ferry if you wish to visit the sister islands Gozo & Comino.

This apartment is bang in the center of Mellieħa forming part of a block of apartments. The apartment is very bright and airy, it includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living space, Cable TV, washing machine and AC's. It also has a nice balcony and a spacious terrace with distant sea views for outside dining. This apartment has been completely refurbished in March 2023. We do not live in the condominium but are available 24/7. Guests have 100% privacy.

Ground floor air conditioned apartment. Situated close to Ghadira bay,quiet area yet close to amenities. Consists of a combined kitchen, living, 2 bedrooms, a good sized balcony connecting the bed rooms together, one bathroom and a laundry room. The apartment is 10minutes away from Mellieha centre and 5 minutes from the sea. It is ideal for couples and small families. It has the perfect combination for a nice and cosy holiday.
