Detached apartment with private entrance in charming villa, just 200 meters to the beach. The apartment has a double bed, two single beds, a sofa bed and two extra beds that can be brought out if necessary, suitable for groups of 6-8 people depending on the number of adults and children. The apartment has a smaller porch on the front and a larger one on the back where you can relax after a day of adventure. WIFI, TV, equipped kitchen and other amenities are available in the apartment. Parking for one car is available in the driveway and is included.

Sit back and relax in this peaceful, elegant accommodation in wonderful & harmonious Mellbystrand close to Sweden's longest sandy beach (12 km). If you want to experience the pulse of Båstad during the Summer on festival or tennis week, it is only 15 minutes away! A trailer is set up just outside the property in which up to 5 children can sleep. If there is a need for a car (Tesla) or electric scooter, this can be rented during the stay, just one such thing. 😉 Please let us know in advance if you would like to borrow the car.

Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

The 1100 sqm garden is shared with Lilla Öhrnnästet just behind the cabin. Residents are free to use the garden together. If you need a lot of space, Lilla Öhrnnästet can also be booked.

Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

If you sneak out early in the morning, you can meet both rabbits and deer in the forest. Our cottage can accommodate the whole family, with both a sleeping loft and a sofa bed. A practical and cozy kitchen and cozy sofas. Outside the cottage there is a terrace with sun both day and evening.
