Perfect for walkers, the village of Belstone is on the north edge of Dartmoor National Park, yet only 5 minutes from the A30. Sheep and ponies graze freely through the village, and as you walk past the excellent Tors Inn the moor opens up giving access to hiking, biking and horse riding activities. Once you have arrived in Belstone you can leave your car and simply enjoy the walks and outdoor pursuits Dartmoor has to offer. Okehampton with it's range of shops is an easy 10 minute drive away.

Situated on the edge of Dartmoor with easy reach to local beaches, cycle paths or exploring deep gorges. There's plenty to see and do. Return back and relax over a BBQ in the summer garden. Interact with the chickens, ducks and geese, collect eggs or snuggle down under a cosy cover during a winters evening. We believe it is great value for money, hosting up to 6 people + food for less than £87.

Remote and secluded, it provides an ideal base for walking and wild swimming at Tavy Cleave. The traditional cobbled yard has parking for your car. Just over 2 miles from Chagford, on the edge of the moor is Kestor, a stunningly beautiful Dartmoor Tor. Just half a mile from there is Brimstone Down and our beautiful Annex. With its fabulous outlook that catches the morning sunrise and views across Chagford and Castle Drogo. The Annex is completely self contained with open plan bedroom with fully stocked wood burner & patio doors into the garden. With private bathroom & kitchenette with fridge, induction hob & combi microwave.

The Barn, West Ford Farm

The Barn is part of an historic farmstead. It was built from cob and stone in the 18th century and sits in a peaceful valley, a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the glorious Devon country side. It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The National Trust's Castle Drogo is half a mile beyond that. The Drogo Estate has beautiful walks along the River Teign

Melrose Cottage: Gateway to Dartmoor National Park

Bright and airy, newly renovated cottage in central Okehampton. Off street parking for two cars with exclusive use of an EV charger (charges apply). Ideally located for the Devon cycling mecca, the Granite Way, which is at the end of the road. A number of pubs, shops and restaurants are a short walk away. Dartmoor itself is also accessible by foot or a few minutes in the car. The sandy beaches of North Devon are a 40 minute drive away if you fancy a surf!

A traditional stone cottage set on a country lane on the edge of the village of Belstone, with its cosy interior is just the place to relax after a day on Dartmoor. St Anthonys Cottage is a few minutes walk from Belstone with The Tors pub, tea room, church, village stocks, and Dartmoor on your doorstep. Private garden, parking, wifi, lounge and well equipped kitchen, on the first floor are two bedrooms one double and one twin, bathroom.
