University, bus connection, supermarket, pharmacy and bakery are just 5 minutes (on foot) away. The newly built apartment can be entered through a separate entrance. It can accommodate 2 guests, has a living/sleeping room, a pantry kitchen and a modern bathroom with a large shower. A storage space for bicycles/e-bikes is available.

If you don't want to drive, bus line 5005 leaves almost right outside the door. You can reach the apartment via a separate entrance. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a shower toilet, a combined living room and bedroom A washing machine, towels, bed linens, TV and Wi-Fi are available for free use.

The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

Our running ducks, the dog Tara and the cat Oskar are curious about the whole day and will certainly visit you regularly.

Only about 15 minutes' walk to the campsite, where you can eat nicely in the the boathouse or take a canoe tour on the Ilmenau. Very centrally located, it is less than 10 kilometers to the city center of Lüneburg or approx. 30 kilometers to Lüneburg Heath.
