Other rooms have been renovated but have retained their old charm. Fireplace and also wood stove. The house is located adjacent to another property where there are sheep and chickens. Otherwise, the house is surrounded by forests and green areas. A smaller river for fishing is a few hundred meters away. Swimming area within 5 km. Access to a simple outdoor gym, wood-fired sauna, two nice bicycles to borrow.

Stay on a farm

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. The house, which is over 100 years old, has much of its original decor left. A home for you who appreciate the simple and who want to spend time with the family outdoors and together. Light a fire in the wood stove in the morning, take a dip in the pool or a sauna after a walk in the woods. The Dalälven river is 1 km down the road with a swimming jetty. The farm's animals often walk freely so it is possible to socialize closely with dogs, cats, chickens, horses and sheep.

Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

Here at Solgården, we offer this nice guest house of about 25 sqm with a loft (low ceiling height) with 3 beds and a sofa bed for two in the living room. With a glassed patio and a porch, the living space will be twice as large. Lillstugan has two beds. Good equipped kitchen, toilet and shower. The location is amazing with sea views and access to a jetty to enjoy swimming and sunbathing, or to borrow our two canoes for a trip out into the bay. Enjoy good dinner, barbecue and at the same time watch the sun go down.

The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. A separate apartment in a larger house from the beginning of the 20th century with old-fashioned charm. There are in total four vacation apartments. Strömsberg is a unique village with a heritage of centuries of ironworks. There is small river where you can go of a swim, and there is a summer-open café. This is a quiet place where you can enjoy peaceful surroundings, but don´t expect much tourist services. Sheets and towels can be rented.
