VILLA SYMEON The villa has two floors of a total of 105 m² of living space and is habitable all year round thanks to underfloor heating. In front of the house entrance is a spacious terrace. On the ground floor are 3 bedrooms, hallway and a bathroom. Upstairs are kitchen, living and dining room. A fully equipped laundry room is available for guests in the basement. CLEANING Cleaning is done once a week. MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD: 5 DAYS!

Tzaneti House is a modern space located in Limenas, Thassos, only 300 meters from the nearest beach, Ai Vasilis, and 1.5 km from the city center. It has a beautiful garden, with a table and benches!!! The house is located opposite the Holy Trinity Church and next to it there is a playground. The surrounding area is surrounded by trees, in a quiet neighborhood. The nearest supermarket is 50 meters away.

The house is located in Limenaria, the second largest village in Thassos and a picturesque tourist resort. It is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood and is only a 5 min. walk away from the nearest beach.
