Spacious barn with pool ideal for exploring Kent

Nunfield Barn is a beautifully converted barn and one portion of the house is internally separated for our Airbnb guests, with its own entrance, downstairs toilet, kitchen/dining area and living room with doors leading to a private patio. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower. There is an above ground pool for use in summer, a front garden shared with us when we are here. There are fields &orchards across the road and we are 15 minute drive to Leeds Castle

Very spacious 1 bed en-suite cottage with off road parking and a small courtyard area. Formerly an Annex to the main house it is ideally situated for walking/hiking with easy access to the RSPB marshes of Cliffe. Beautiful views of the Kent countryside leading to Cooling Castle Barn, St Helens Church, Cliffe and St James church which inspired Charles Dickens to write Great Expectations where the hero Pip met Magwitch the convict. Easy car access to Historic Rochester Castle and Cathedral.

Bring the whole family, friends or colleagues to this lovely fun house. This spacious house was recently refurbished to a very high standard with fairly luxurious fittings and furnishings. There are 4-bedrooms with 2 trendy bathrooms and a water closet. The living area is open-plan with a lounge, an 8-sitter dinner and a modern fitted kitchen. The garden a paved clean and has two units of 6-seater wooden pub benches...a lovely outdoor space for barbecue, entertaining or sun lounging.
