The apartment extends over two floors. On the ground floor is a large bedroom with double bed and crib. On the upper floor you will find the spacious living and dining area, another bedroom with two single beds, the kitchen and the bathroom. Two more mattresses are located in the cozy attic.

The house is located on the outskirts of Bertikow, about 10 km south of Prenzlau and 5.5 km from Seehausen (train station). Upper lake and lower lake are nearby. Built in 1949 as a new farmhouse, it was carefully renovated in 2008-2013 and lovingly furnished. In the large garden are fruit trees and berry bushes. The bathing lake with sandy beach is a 5-minute walk away. In 2021, we created a meadow for scattering fruit on our adjoining hectare of land
