The beautiful quiet ground floor apartment in the back yard with garden and small terrace should actually be a rental apartment. At the moment, however, the apartment is still used as a holiday apartment (it is still fully furnished and fully equipped). Since there is already another family living in the 2 family house, it is not a party apartment. The location between the main train station and the center is ideal for exploring Rostock's center on foot or taking the S-Bahn to Warnemünde to the beach.
