The building manager is on-site, if there are any requests. Please note: This is a second-floor walk-up, so non-accessible. There are no dedicated parking spots at the building. No TV.

Short distance via river trail to the Forks and Legislative Bldg.

Welcome to my cozy suite located in the Heart of Osborne Village! The area is filled with local restaurants and boutiques, and offers a great night life. The suite is located minutes from Downtown, BellMts place, Legislature, grocery stores and the Forks. You will feel right at home with cozy, fully stocked eat in kitchen, wifi and blackout curtains! Parking is available. You should expect a spacious 1 bedroom suite with a double bed and a comfortable “sealy posturepedic” mattress.

The entire main floor is yours. In one of the best neighborhoods in Canada. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants and pubs in Winnipeg. A block from a grocery store and a few from downtown. Fireplace is only decorative. Cable TV and Wi-Fi. I live on the second and the third floor. The house is over 100 years old. There are four doors to the suite. Two outside doors, 1 to basement and 1 to the upstairs, which only I have access to. The windows are not operable.
