Kick back and relax in this peaceful retreat in a country setting on 2 acres of land. Well appointed for all your needs and close to shopping, restaurants and I-75. You may see deer, rabbits and a turtle on our property as well as an occasional outdoor insect making an inside appearance. If that makes you squeamish then this booking is not for you! Henry County, GA ordinance sec. 3.3.205 requires us to get your name, address, phone # and vehicle license # of adult guests staying at the rental.

Guest house shares one wall (kitchen wall) with main house. 2 friendly Pomeranians on site. A secluded nature getaway but still close to all conveniences! 10-15 mins away from Target, Walmart, etc

Detached Guesthouse in McDonough

The guesthouse is a studio barndominium located on our 15 acre property, with dedicated parking and private entrance away from our primary house. Surrounded by woods and nature, you'll enjoy peaceful, quiet nights listening to soothing sounds of wildlife. Located halfway between the historic town squares of McDonough and Covington. Close to Jackson Lake. We are 35 miles to Atlanta. Wifi is provided, but we are rural so it can be patchy. Limited to 2 total guests-including infants/children.

A 1926 farmhouse fully restored with tons of original charm! Cook on our gas stove or relax on the porch rocking chairs and swing. 10 minutes from downtown Covington and 35 minutes from the east side of Atlanta. Enjoy a peaceful, unique experience in a quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of outdoor space and resident chickens. This 1 bed/1 bath features a kitchenette and shower/tub combo. Wifi and Roku included. The suite is attached to the main home by a patio roof but does not share an entrance or heating/AC with the main home (about 25 ft between them). Pets welcome, no cleaning fees or pet fees!
