Curtis is less than 5 miles. Perfectly nested in a beautiful country setting with pull in driveway with a large area for parking. Plenty of FREE firewood for the firepit for relaxing around a fire in the evening under the stars. Maple Leaf is centrally located 1 hour or less to U.P. attractions. South Manistique Lake which is 2 miles north of cottage. You can access the trails from the south of cottage 300 feet on a scenic trail in the woods about 2 miles turn left or right to find the trails.

The Rhubarbary Ruins - with an outdoor sauna

We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. For the summertime getaway we are minutes away from 3 inland lakes with many trails to hike your worries away. Centrally located making many highlights only an hour away. Pictured Rocks, Tahquamenon Falls, Crisp Point Lighthouse and many more. We use only natural disinfectant cleaners and fragrance and dye free laundry detergents.
