This home has a lot to offer and includes a wonderful wood-burning fireplace, air conditioner and a large backyard that backs up to the forest - don't be surprised if you see some deer while enjoying the yard. Dogs are welcomed ($40 pet fee for each dog 2 dogs max. This pet fee is extra for our cleaning girl. For extra dog hair clean up.Keep in mind possible power outage during winter.

It is a 4-minute drive from downtown, a quarter mile from the headwaters, and .2 miles walk to the Peace Garden.

Whether you spend the day hiking to the peak of Castle Crags or snowboarding at Mt. Shasta Ski Park, you'll come home to a cozy wood-burning stove. The PCT is an 8 minute drive, Mt. Shasta City is a 8-10 min drive, and McCloud/Mt. Shasta Ski Park is just a 20-25 beautiful drive.
