Our charming Charentaise was originally a school, which has been completely renovated. The house is next to ours with a separate entrance. It is ideally located less than 10 minutes from the A10 highway and 5 minutes from the historic center of Saint-Jean d'Angély with its shops, restaurants and market, and close to the Atlantys Aquatic Center and the Bernouët Leisure Center.
