Cozy studio with private entrance, remodeled, locate behing the house, the door is green color. bright space and very clean. Gel memory foam mattress, Eco A.C. Smart TV. Vinil floor. Fast Wifi signal and two small patios. Coffe station and microwave. The neighborhood is very safe and very quiet. Parking free around the house. Close to the Walmart and Target stores, also small shopping centers, restaurants, City of Hope, Santa Anita Mall, Monrovia Down Town and Metro golden Line (1.6 mil).

Convenient location with grocery stores, parks, and restaurants nearby. Little traffic on our street, very calm, family-oriented, safe to walk around anytime of the day. Easy commuting location: Downtown Arcadia and I-210 to the north (7 mins), 605/Irwindale Speedway to the east (5 mins), I-10 to the south (12 mins), Santa Anita Park (4 miles)

Brand new built house located in San Gabriel Valley and is within easy access to Los Angeles. It's nestled in a quiet neighborhood and there are many supermarkets and restaurants within a 5-10 mins drive. New 58'' 4K smart TV, new kitchen appliances, new furniture, everything inside the house is new. The house also provides a large and nice patio where you can seat and relax . It is about 18 miles to LA downtown, 24 miles to Universal Studio, and 28 miles to Disneyland Park.
