Nice apartment Very quiet in town.

The dwelling is located in a building that is set back from the road. In a courtyard. The place is very quiet. Cutting noise pollution from the road. A key box allows you to access the accommodation independently. It can accommodate up to 2 people. It is perfect for a couple, student, traveler or professional. It is a 5 min walk from the prefecture, 10 min from Old Laval and its castle, 15 min on foot from the SNCF station. 6 min from the CH de Laval. Parking is free on the street.

The accommodation is a 1-min walk from the train station and close to all amenities (shops, public transport, restaurants, city center...). It is equipped in the image of a furnished accommodation: bed with sheets, table, chairs, equipped kitchen with oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishes, sofa end and TV cabinet, TV, kettle and toaster.
