The kitchen provides a great space for creating some delicious dishes, while the comfy sofa and log burner make evenings even more cozy.

My place is close to a sandy beach with beautiful coastal walks right outside the flat & sea views less than a minute away .Maenporth beach is a 5 min walk down the hill with a lovely cafe overlooking the sea & Falmouth is about a 10 minute drive away . It is a ground floor ,non smoking flat and no pets are allowed. All linen & bedding (low allergenic)is provided . It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers or families. You need a car to fully enjoy the area.

Springmoor, a newly designed, spacious, hi spec annexe, was originally designed for my brother who suffered from MND. It is fully accessible. It's a bright and sunny space, in a delightfully tranquil area. Our southeast-facing verandah is an ideal spot on sunny mornings for breakfast and relaxing. The location is ideal for Helford River, Falmouth town and beaches. Walking from here, you can reach part of Port Navas Creek within 20 minutes and further on to the coast path and coves.

Stylish, purpose-built cedar garden-studio in central Falmouth with kingsize, Hypnos bed and unique, scandi shower room. There is a space for making drinks to enjoy on your private decking. It is located in central Falmouth close to the town centre, beaches, rail stations and some of the university campus buildings. Cosy Studio Barn Close to the Coast

Bian Mor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap on bright days. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.
