The Prinos Ι is located at the edge of the Lefokastro next to a sandy beach that you can approach by walk. The house's courtyard consisting of grass and orange trees while overlooking the sea. It is a calm and peaceful place. Prinos I Studio shares its courtyard with the Prinos II Loft House with a discreet separation and is ideal for couples. The Potter's House is an old traditional, renovated two-storey building with the potter's studio and a gallery space downstairs and a tastefully renovated apartment upstairs. It is situated in the traditional village of Lafkos. near the village square with enormous Plane trees and surrounded by tavernas, a traditional coffee shop and two gift shops. A playground is available at the village square.

Studio No2 is 1 of the 3 independent studios of the first floor of the house, next to the beach. It has a fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom and 2 beds (double-single) comfortable for 3 people stay. It has a balcony with view to the sea. In front of the house there is a garden and a big yard where guests can relax watcing the sea view. There is available space for parking, use of barbeque and an additional external shower.
