Welcome to our Gite, simply named Le Gite No 2! Over the past year we have brought this old building back to life with a total re-fit and makeover. Gite is in an amazing location with lots to do and see. Your hosts are Mark and Agnieszka, and, between us, we speak English, French, Polish and a little German. We are here to make your stay with us happy and relaxing, while you create wonderful memories! We live next door to the Gite and therefore, should you need help, we are on hand 24/7.

Charming spacious house in pretty village centre

Relax in this charming and spacious house with south facing sun terrace. This traditional stone built villa sits in the centre of the village opposite a 17th century church, with free parking and EV (Sorégies) charging point. The local bar/shop is a two minute walk. Villa Lierre is 5 mins from a large supermarket at L’Isle Jourdain. The Circuit du Val de Vienne is 15 minutes away by car. There are historic towns to explore nearby, and the river Vienne is a short walk through the village.

Pretty Cottage with Private Pool and Hot Tub

The Cottage is perfect for a back to nature holiday- but with a private Pool and Hot Tub. Peace and Tranquility-perfect for a couple to relax and enjoy Rural France. There are no other guests on the property. There are beautiful walks on the doorstep with a Medieval Millhouse on the Charente river 300 metres away and chemins stretching for miles around the area. The beautiful old Abbey Town of Charroux is 8 Kms distant and we are within half an hour of Civray, Ruffec & Confolens.

This cottage oozes simple rural French charm with modern conveniences and relaxation: a break away - privacy and tranquillity in the heart of Paradis(e). The beautifully restored gite lies in the heart of the country but is close to the lovely historic village of Verteuil, one of the prettiest in Charente, dominated by a magnificent chateau with restaurants, wine cellar, and a small Sunday market. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Large, recently renovated comfortable 2 bedroom gite in the beautiful countryside of Vienne. The gite is set among rolling fields with lots of outdoor spaces and seating area on your own private veranda equipped with bbq. In a wonderful area with lots of opportunities for walking, cycling and kayaking. Nearby village has bakeries, cafes, bar and weekly market.

Single-story apartment (about 60 m2) just refurbished in 2018, rated 3 stars***, with private paved parking, located 5 minutes from Confolens city center and all shops. We invite you to come and relax in our fully renovated house, from the late 1800s. The house can accommodate up to 10 people, ideal for stays with family or friends, during the week or at the weekend. Our house has a magnificent view of a large pond. Fishing is not allowed, as we are not the owners of the ponds. You are on a farm that we operate, where peace and quiet are guaranteed.

Accommodation located in a small peaceful village, ideal for relaxing. 8 km from CIVAUX, fully equipped, it awaits you for a night, a weekend or as a furnished tourist accommodation for a week or more. Municipal outdoor pool 800 m away for the summer period. Shops 4 km away in Lussac-Les-Châteaux. 10 min "Planète Crocodile", 45 km Futuroscope, 30 min "Vallée des Singes".
