Beautiful views of the Normandy countryside. You'll love my place because of the brightness and the ambiance. My place is 90 m2 and is good for couples and families. Towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival. (folding baby bed + mattress topper & high chair included). Pets not allowed. No parties or events.

It is located in the heart of a clearing in one of the largest forests in France, 30 minutes from Rouen, 30 minutes from the sea and 2 hours from Paris. Completely renovated in 2017, it has 6 recent beds and is equipped with all modern comforts.

We were looking for a single-story, peaceful and unique house facing the sea to share sweet moments with family. We found it and it's called Vila Sepia, the sea as the only horizon. We decided to share our haven of peace when we are not there. Come and enjoy and admire the sea as well as the sunsets from our lovingly decorated interior, or from our large 1400 m2 garden.
