We are happy to share the results with our guests. In 2024 we have further upgraded the kitchen area. Casa Carlotta offers a stunning location; an uninterrupted 180-degree sea view of the mediterranean, enjoyed from the large terrace that surrounds the house, and access to the sea which is just a few short steps away.

Your home by the sea in Sicily in a very peaceful and relaxing setting. The loft is surrounded by a beautiful garden with lawn and palm trees. The loft is located on the Avola waterfront in one of the most popular areas of the city. The highway is only 1 km away and will allow you to reach the main tourist destinations (Syracuse, Noto, Ragusa, Scicli and Marzamemi) in a short time. A small gym, bikes and kayaks will add a dynamic touch to your vacation.

Our apartment has direct access TO the beautiful beach OF the Bianchi rocks. It consists of two double bedrooms,kitchen-living room,a bathroom, a veranda. It can accommodate up to 4 people and is suitable for families with small children.
