This house was completely renovated in 2019 and features fine finishes and completely new furnishings. Equipped with every comfort, this house enjoys a beautiful sea view and the kitesurf spot of Punta Trettu, from which it is only 50 meters away. You can relax and sunbathe on the large terrace overlooking the private garden and the sea. An ideal place to stay for those who visit this place to kitesurf, but not only that, in fact, we are a few kilometers from the best beaches.

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
