A splendid and sunny south-facing apartment (65m2) located in the quiet neighborhood of Wiesti, 9 min walking from train station, 11 min to downtown (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), 5 min to Sunnegga-Rothorn, 4 min to bus station to Matterhorn-Paradies resort. Beautiful view on the Matterhorn through a huge bay window. Spacious balcony. Bright, very cosy and renovated apartment in 2023. An ideal place for families or friends groups.

Studio with views of the valley and mountains. The cozily furnished apartment is on the first floor with direct access to the seating area and parking. In the living room and bedroom there are 2 foldaway beds, a sofa bed, a dining table with 4 chairs, a bookshelf with TV and the cupboard. From the living room you have a magnificent view of the mountains. The landlords live in the basement and are also there when you arrive.

In the winter season the ski resort is just 80 meters away from the flat and in summer there are the city center, the golf club and all the trails that you can imagine just behind the residence.
